CANCELLATIONS: All reservations (excluding Legoland Fireworks) which are cancelled at least 24 hours from departure will be refunded 100% of any prepaid fare. Cancellation made within the 24-hour penalty window will be incurring a $50 Cancellation fee or full fare if fare is less than $50.00. However we understand that unforeseen events can happen beyond your control that may cause you to cancel within this time frame. As a result, we have provided an option for those types of circumstances. You will have the opportunity to opt-in to receive a digital gift card for the full amount of your fare in lieu of the cancellation fee. The gift card will never expire, is transferrable and can be used towards any tour in the future. Travelers are ONLY qualified to select this option if a phone call or email is received cancelling within the 24-hour penalty window. No-Shows and No-Calls forfeit the right to opt into a digital card and the full fare will be non-refundable. See below for more information.

 

NO SHOWS: All no shows will be charged the total cost of the booking.  We are a small company and do not require a booking minimum. As a result, we may be putting the boat out just for your reservation.  We thank you kindly for giving notice when you need to change or cancel plans. We are very flexible and will do whatever possible to accommodate you.
