Group Information

SMALL GROUPS OF 6 TO 11 :The Living Water Boat Cruises offers 20 % off for groups of 6 or more guests. If you have a party of 6 or more you will need to call to book to have this discount applied. 863-268-0577 or 877-257-1529. The largest group we can take on one boat is 11 guests. However, we do take large groups of up to 50 guests (See below for more details). If you make a reservation for 6 to 11 guests on one boat and your headcount changes you must let us know more than 24 hours in advance. If your headcount changes with less than 24 hours notice we may be able to work with you to adjust your total rather than deduct a cancellation fee.  However, it is important to note that if your party falls below 6 total the 20% off discount will be removed and the full ticketed price of your tickets will be charged to the credit card on file.  We will do our best to apply any other discounts that may be applicable, such as the 10% off weekday discount etc.

LARGE GROUPS OF 12 OR MORE

When booking large groups of 12 or more, a 20% off discount will be deducted from your reservation and each ticket price will be based off of our lowest fare to ensure the best discount. Also the organizer of the large group will not have to pay for their ticket.  Since  our largest boat seats 11 guests; anything above that would require multiple boats. Each boat will have its own captain and will be a narrated historical wildlife tour. During your tour the boats will follow each other giving ample opportunity for group photos etc. We can accommodate groups up to approximately 50 people and will manage any lunch or dinner reservations at Harborside restaurant. Keep in mind, Harborside may not be able to accommodate extremely large groups (25 -50) for dining during peak hours (6:00pm to 7:30pm) or (12:00pm-1:30pm) during high season

(Jan-Apr).

DEPOSIT INFORMATION: With groups of 12 or more we require a 50%  deposit when making the reservation or a minimum of 30 days      prior to travel date.

 

FINAL PAYMENT: We require final payment the day before departure.  If your headcount changes within 24 hours of departure, then those individual tickets will not be refundable.  However, we will issue digital gift cards for those last minute individual cancellations that occur due to circumstances beyond the guest's control. The gift cards are transferrable, never expire and can be used towards any tour.
