All of our cruises include unlimited complimentary ice cold bottled water and we always carry sunblock in case you forget yours! You are also welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks on board as well.
If you have a group of six or more please call us for our discounted group rates! Groups of seven or more can have a private cruise upon request for no additional charge when possible. Do you have a small party but want a private cruise? We now offer an upgrade option to reserve the boat all to yourself for a nominal fee of only $60.00 This fee is added to the total booking after all tickets have been selected. Simply select "Private Boat" and then add your tickets from there. We can also customize any cruise time, duration and exploration for you each and every time. Most Cruises depart from Harborside restaurant. As a result, we can make complimentary lunch or dinner reservations for you for before or after your tour. The boat is not docked at this location but will arrive just prior to your scheduled departure. However, in some cases your cruise may depart from a different location so it is important to ALWAYS refer to your confirmation email for your departure information.
If you call to book we will ask for your credit card to reserve your reservation but you will not be charged until the day of travel. If you book online, payment in full will be required by our online booking merchant since they do not have the capacity to process zero deposits on their platform at this time. If you do elect to book online and pay in full we have a 100% refund policy! We will refund your card 100% of the price paid provided you cancel at least 24 hours before departure. Otherwise, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee for trips cancelled in less than 24 hours and refunded the rest of your fare. NO SHOWS will be charged a $75.00 no show fee OR the total cost of booking (which ever is less). For more information please see our refund policy.

Relax, and enjoy a beautiful historical wildlife nature tour of the famous Winter Haven Chain of Lakes. Our one hour boat tour will visit between three and four lakes where you will see an abundance of wildlife including alligators, otters, Blue Herons, Anhingas, White Ibis and more! You will also take in the sights of some breathtaking homes and learn the history of the famous Cypress Gardens while cruising by the old bridge where the southern bells once stood in times long past. Take a trip and catch the Legoland ski show on the way! We offer both a one hour and two hour option for this tour. Both options allow you to experience Legoland's Pirate Ski show, watch in awe as the speed boats race toward each other, the pirates do stunning tricks and even get chased by a shark! From there you will cruise on and explore more of the beautiful lakes on the chain. You will also get to see where the locals hangout as we coast past our four lakeside restaurants: The Twisted Prop, Tanners Lakeside, Harborside, and Old Man Franks. There will be plenty of wildlife to see: osprey, egrets, bald eagles, water turkeys, turtles, gators, and pelicans! We cannot control changes to Legoland Ski Show times but do our best to ensure that there are no changes prior to your date of travel. However, in some cases this may not be possible. Please refer to our Legoland Ski Show cancellation/refund policy for more details related to these situations.
IMPORTANT: During the hot summer months we highly recommend that groups traveling with small children and seniors select the one hour option due to the high temperatures. The ski show is about 30 minutes long and the boat will be stopped for this duration which can get extremely hot.

Are you an early bird? Catch the sun as it rises over the ancient cypress trees of our beautiful lakes. The 3hr tour is actually two hours of touring with a one hour lunch stop in the middle. This is a beautiful guided historical nature and wildlife tour through several lakes and unique canals. On the 3hr you will tour for one hour before arriving at the famous Harborside restaurant on Lake Shipp where you will dine for one hour. After lunch you will board the boat and continue on to experience up to four more lakes in the opposite direction from where you started. You will see plenty of wildlife, incredible ancient vegetation, gorgeous homes and stunning views! From there you will head back to port to conclude your experience. On the 2 hr you will experience your entire cruise uninterrupted and then end with a fabulous lunch at Harborside. With this option there is no time limit on lunch since you will have already completed your cruise.

Early Bird tours begin at 4:00pm with dinner reservations at 5:00pm . The Sunset dinner cruise usually runs from 4:30 to 7:30 in fall and winter months and 5:30pm to 8:30pm in spring and summer but may vary based on actual sunset times. (Departure and dinner times can be customized when available). When you depart you will travel through unique canals and lakes while you learn about the rich history and abundant wildlife you will encounter before you arriving at the famous Harborside restaurant on Lake Shipp! There you treated as a VIP with a table already prepared and awaiting your arrival! After dinner you will board the boat and continue on to experience up to four more lakes which complete the southern chain. This is a half day tour for people who want to see visit the entire 16 lakes of the southern chain. It departs at 10am tours for two hours before arriving for lunch reservations at 12pm at Harborside. After lunch the tour continues for another two hours of touring before returning to dock. On this cruise you will experience everything the chain has to offer as you explore every lakeside business and restaurant, cruise under every bridge , take in the beauty and wildlife that each lake has to offer. You will also drive by Jack Brown's seaplane base where you may even catch a take off. You will also see many multi-million dollar homes and admire the incredible wildlife that is extremely abundant on our lakes.
