Billing Policy
ONLINE BOOKING: When you book online our booking software platform requires payment in full. You can avoid this by calling to book and we can capture your credit card information to hold your reservation without charging any type of deposit. If you do book online you will see a nominal fee of .06% that is charged by our merchant as a convenience fee for online booking. We do not receive this fee it is collected directly by our booking platform Merchant "Fareharbor". However, we have a 100% refund policy! You will be refunded 100% of your fare provided you cancel with at least 24 hours notice or in the event of operator cancellation due to inclement weather.
CALL TO BOOK RESERVATIONS: When you call to book we will take your credit card over the phone to secure your reservation but we will not charge you until the day of travel! You will also be given an opportunity to pay cash if you so desire. There is no convenience fee when reserving this way since we are allowed to make the reservation through our back end system. If you would like to request a booking after hours, you can send an email via our contact form and we will call you during business hours to collect your credit card information and confirm your reservation.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
All reservations (excluding Legoland Fireworks) which are cancelled at least 48 hours from departure will be refunded 100% of any prepaid fare. However, If you need to cancel your trip for any reason you must contact us no later than 48hrs prior to your scheduled cruise to avoid being charged a $50.00 cancellation fee. NO SHOWS: All no shows will be charged the total cost of the booking. We are a small company and do not require a booking minimum. As a result, we may be putting the boat out just for your reservation. We thank you kindly for giving notice when you need to change or cancel plans. We are very flexible and will do whatever possible to accommodate you.
Legoland Firework Refund Policy
Fourth of July Legoland Fireworks bookings have a 2 week cancellation policy due to high demand and limited seating. If you cancel with less than2 weeks notice there is a $75.00 fee and any no shows will be charged the full fare. If you book a Legoland Sunset Firework tour and Legoland cancels the fireworks for any reason you will be refunded the difference between the standard sunset cruise price and the Legoland firework cruise price.
Legoland Ski Show Refund Policy
If you book a Legoland Ski Show and Legoland cancels the ski show for any reason, we will notify you whenever possible and give you the option to reschedule. If you decide to keep your travel plans, we will refund you the difference in fare between our ski show price and our standard two hour cruise price. This is because you will essentially be receiving a two hour cruise and will be able to see more lakes since there will be no stop for the Legoland Ski Show. You will however, be able to see the pirate ship at Legoland as part of your tour!
